I need an Online Course Advisor System that can suggest courses based on user preferences. The system should recommend in-person courses only. The ideal candidate will have experience in php, mysql, js, css, and adding databases using the Ajax Xamp Server. The project also requires an Entity Relation diagram and Data Flow diagram. The system should have user registration and login, course reviews and ratings, and personalized course recommendations.
