We have daily around 1200 PDF Files needs to be processed and we have an excel file which has the index of which data is at which pdf. Folder will come daily basis and index format is also attached this data is coming daily. This is the data for 19 October 2020. This data is coming non searchable we will index the company name and address for new incorporations called there Yeni Kurulus. We will capture the whole data. This pdf's are public data for turkish companies everyday we'll process them and will keep the required parts digitally and will integrate with our other systems via web service and also we will develop a web interface which will use this data as database and will allow us sort/filter and search via defined criterias. We'll upload daily data as a zip file including around 2000 file and index excel. We do expect a mockup work from attached pdf and excel even a simple work we expect a small demo work from bidders to make us sure that they can do this job. We do not have too much time.. PLEASE INDICATE IN HOW MANY DAYS QUICKEST YOU CAN COMPLETE AND ESTIMATED HOURS FOR WHICH PART..

Hello, thanks for posting an interesting job. So you want to manage the daily pdf files and excel file via web interface with search functionality, right? I suggest to implement it by using table with select box and filters on web page. Benefit is that I can extract the necessary information from excel files, exactly via 3 columns, "Yayın Tarihi", "Sayı" and "Sayfa Baş". In more details, I am going to - use jquery datatable plugin processing data with ajax call. - display select box for selecting date. - display several input fields to filter data with sort functionality. - use mysql database to store information.
