AOA I would assist you in Fixing the errors on your website. You are using reCAPTCHA V1 which was depericiated in 2016 and it was Shutdown on 31-March-2018. This is the reason your Register page is not working. I would add Fix-ReCaptcha Issue by upgrading to new version. As far as Login Button is concerned I have to read the code and figure out what is the problem with it.
