This is a typical problem I see on a regular basis when converting a Wordpress site over to SSL. In order to correct this I'll have to run a search and replace on the database to update all of the media links to use https as well as the main site. In some cases the problem is more extreme and the theme sill need to be updated for SSL support. I should be able to correct this for you in a few hours or less. I have 12+ years development experience with Wordpress. 17+ years development experience with PHP, MySQL and Javascript. Wrote my first web page way back in 1995.
