I need a LAMP, PHP, Symfony, Elastisearch pro for initial and long term project

I am looking for a very special, expert PHP (LAMP) developer(s) with Symfony, MySQL, Elastisearch expertise for initial, immediate small test project with possible very long-term development project for the right person(s). Initial Test Project: Install existing code of current system on a new server. Fix a few known bugs. Current live system is online for review once an NDA, Non-Compete is signed. A Software development agreement will need to be signed before work begins, as I will exclusively own all the code. The software platform is a subscription membership site, that is pulling in data from a 3rd party API, that is providing and presenting intelligence data on contacts to our members. This is an enterprise level system, that will need to scale to thousands of members, with thousands of contacts in their contact manager. We will be adding many additional new features beyond the current system, including connecting to 3rd party APIs. Successful applicant: − Must be a very good programmer, experienced, honest, trustworthy and hard working. − Must have excellent verbal and written ENGLISH communication skills. − Must be professional, detailed oriented, reliable, and responsive. − Must have previous experience developing at least one enterprise-level systems with large number of individual users/members. − Prefer background working with at least one enterprise-level CRM (large number of users/members with numerous contacts in each account) − Need extensive experience working with 3rd party API integrations and creating custom APIs when needed. − Experienced with chaining together APIs and using software apps specifically designed for rapidly building and connecting multiple APIs. − Prefer experience working with Rackspace cloud. − Experience developing mobile apps preferred. − Experience overseeing a software development team. This project is ONLY for a very experienced and reliable person, who is looking for a long-term opportunity, and is capable of project management and overseeing a remote team as our system grows.
