I am looking at the website and you have a huge amount of JavaScript and CSS to be Optimized as well as other problems. The amount of JavaScript will have to be Deferred or Asynced one at a time. Reason: Moving some of them will break the website. I doubt if 90/100 is possible but 2 to 3 seconds Front Page load time is possible. If you can change your Nameservers, setting up DNS will be easy. but man that thing is super slow and while DNS will help, it may not solve your problem, I'd also consider better hosting, something with SSDs preferably... (woocommerce is a drag on HW, so unless you want to ditch it, I'd go with better hosting)
