need to integrate in app Biling -- 2

I want integrate in app billing into my application. I offer to my users make one time purchase or subscribe. For example user can by newspaper of today and pay once or subscribe and pay monthly cost. moreover i need after user makes the purchase send to him order acceptance via email which will include purchase info. also make user available to delete the purchase in 24 hours.
