In need of Experienced Wordpress/Java custom widget/plugin Expert

I need a developer experienced in the creation of customized widgets that have created from scratch widgets/plugins that can be utilized on multiple websites both Wordpress and Java. I do not need a new widget or website created. I already have both. I need someone that can take the existing widget and help maintain and make additional changes to it going forward. This is a long term project for the right developer. Please take a look at the following test site and you can see the widget and how it works. The design is a pop up that appears within a page on a website and allows a user to click on the popup and utilize a customized home improvement project form within the pop up. When you apply please enter the following in your first paragraph so I know you actually read the job description and viewed the test website. Tell me what the headline says on the popup displayed on the test website. Failure to provide this information will eliminate you from consideration of the project. The widget is designed to be easily installed on 3rd party websites. What I am looking for is someone that can make additional changes to the widget and than provide me updated zip drive to allow for wordpress installation of the widget with all changes included as well as make changes as needed to the javascript code currently listed for sites that utilize the widget that were not written in wordpress. The ability to make design changes from rough mockups is a major plus. Please include when you apply if you can handle design and development both or if you are only experienced with development. I am looking for someone that can start right away and can dedicate time each day for this project. If you are poor communicator or do not understand the importance of deadlines do not apply. I must have someone that understands both of these and the importance of them.
