I am looking for a permanent developer who will work continuously even after finishing the developmental stage of website. I may need him on hourly basis thereafter.
Here is what i am looking for developing a site.
I need you to develop a website on ASP.net MVC with great quality of setup.
The Website is basically a comparison engine, that will compare insurances, money market products, credit cards etc... Here is an example site: [login to view URL]
I need someone to design a super cool site. I have almost all the CSS and JS files for initial setup and design too. But, they need some modifications. The comparison engine will be build using API's or data pickup by JSON or XML files from different companies.

Requirements:
Pro in MVC unless you come with a different option.
Pro in CSS and HTML
Pro in setting up APIs or Data collection from XML, JSON Files.
Pro in setting up country wise sub directories. like [login to view URL], [login to view URL]
Pro in setting up all this on Azure Servers.
