Native iOS/Android news app update and upload to AppStores

WordPress Site Features - 4 different languages - English, Turkish, Russian and Chinese - There are 5 different subdomains and 30 different categories in each of these subdomains. - 100 new articles per language per day. Desired native app implementation features - WordPress application will be directly feed the API. the creation of this api will be done by selected freelancer - our application is a native application. Source codes are available - When downloading to a phone / tablet, the language will be the same as the phone's language.
