I need someone who is able to retrieve the national provider list from the US NPI registry. The zip file will need to be extracted, downloaded, converted to excel.

The final product should allow me to see the US medical providers and the following information. Business name, provider name, Business Address, NPI number assigned, taxonomy address, city, state, zip code and email address if available.
