MySpace style website !!!

Ok guys...this time we need a duplication of [login to view URL] (with all of the new features - audio/video/video chat/purevolume/etc). You can show me your demos first or inform me if you are going to code it custom. Additional features such as a business directory, a sign up for models, dancers and other groups ect. Some advertisement areas on sides must be also there and must be available to manage from CMS (some banner ad management system would be fine) Another thing i would like is that this website must be able to allowe members to customize their profiles from 3th parties providers...such as change backgrounds, adjust audio video player ect. (ALL Profile Page Pimping websites must work...just like at MySpace when you modify your profile page). It MUST WORK EXACTLY like MySpace...including all features, but different look and feel (due to copyrights). Please forward any demo sites as soon as possible to make it easier to assign the job to the best provider. I do NOT want PhpFox, AlstraSoft E-Friends, Handshake or anything similiar to these softwares. Please do NOT show me one of these with a different template either. The final work must be instaled on our server for approval, then the Escrow will be realised...(some bonus available based on success) Any suggestions and recommendations are welcome!
