Hello I read your project details and checked your screenshot for cart and checkout page. I checked your website cart and checkout page, i observer that cart page currently is totally different then the design shared and checkout page has changes but not much. I got that you said you can also accept the addon too, but making addon will be too much expensive so i would suggest you to go ahead with customizing the cart and checkout page. - I would like to divide the project in 2 milestone cart and checkout page. It would be easier for both of us 2 check and release payment. First milestone would be checkout page, when everything gets fixed then we'll move to cart page.
