Modify iPhone and Android application

Hello, I have an iPhone and Android apps that i need to do some modifications on them: 
 A- Remove the side menu and add a tab bar with 5 items/tabs:
1st tab: Categories view. 2nd tab: Featured items + New “Latest” items + Favorites “Starred” + My items in a segmented controller. 3rd tab: Create a new add. 4th tab: My items. 5th tab: Table view with the following views from the side menu: 1- Promotions. 2- About us. 3- Terms & Conditions. 4- Settings. 5- Contact us. 6- Edit profile “IF LOGGED IN” and “Create new account, Login” if not logged in. 7- My credit “Refer to Point J”. 8- Notifications “Refer to Point L”. B- Change the “categories/sub categories” design from list to grid and add a new function on the admin panel so i can select/add icon for each category, sub-category. C- Add extra field in admin panel for the category name so i can type the name of the category to be used in translation/localization. “2 fields for category name”. e.g. 1st field English, 2nd field Arabic. D- Change the current items list design and make it use the waterfall grid that is currently being used on the latest items. E- Change items detail view design to be like this: "I will provide a sample image" F- Add the search view in all categories and sub-categories views as icon on the top right corner in the navigation bar. G- Make the phone number in registration mandatory and after user registration send an sms message to users mobile with activation code. H- Change the login screen “Username” field to “Mobile Number” e.g. User will login with his mobile number and password instead of username and password + Remove Facebook and Twitter buttons and add 2 new buttons “Forgot password and Enter activation code”. I- Create a new section in Admin Panel Named “Credit/Packages”: A- Add a new package “button” when clicked it will show: 1- Package title. 2- Number of credits. 3- Package Price. B- Manage Current Packages “a list of all current packages with edit button next to each package”. C- Number of free credits “A field so i can put the number of free credits that user will get each month. J- My Credit “Point number 7 in A”: Show the total number of user owned credits e.g. “Your credits: 3”, and under that display the packages the i have created in admin panel so user can buy more credits. K- Add new section in admin panel “push notifications” with this details: 1- Title: push notification title/subject. 2- Details: Push notification message “details”. 3- Image: Push notification image. L- Notifications ”Point number 8 in A”: When user click on this cell it will present a view with all the pushed messages titles and when user click on any title it will push a details view with the pushed message description/details and image that i uploaded/wrote on admin panel.
