Modification in website

I need to make some changes in my eCommerce website front page. 1. Can able to add multiple drop down pages and sub pages ( now I cannot) 2. Front page should be with slider ( already there) below the slider there are products or featured products showing i don't what this all in my front page. This all should be shown only when some one click on online store. 3. Front page should be beautiful and informative with Slider (already slider working) 4. Make footer more informative and beautiful. 5. Need to Add pop up banner options so that if we want to let visitor about our new product or service if we want we can make to pop-up above the website loaded. And can be closed. This control should be included in admin panel.
