Mobile phone case designer only for experienced programmers

We are looking for team of programmers which have previous experience with Online Design Tool Software. Please send us your reference from your previous similar work. We are not looking for coders without previous experience with similar software. Dont use Flash or other old technology. We need compatible with touch device iOS and Android device also. App must have universal API to connect to various eshop systems. Make phone case step by step: 1st select manufacturer 2nd select model 3rd choose case layout 4th choose material of case if available (hard plastic case or silicon case) if there is only one type of case skip this step. 5th choose upload images from hdd, facebook profile or instagram profile User can drag&drop images to layout Function with images edit: Move image with mouse (drag&drop) Scale to fit - fit image to actual working area (not save proportions) Resize (save proportions) - change size of image Rotate 90° - skip rotate 90° to right or to left Free Rotate - soft rotate +1° or -1° Center verticaly - center vertically to actual working area Center horizontaly - center horizontaly to actual working area Flip image - horizontally or vertically. Crop - crop image to square / free rectangle / cyrcle or to shape (hearth, star, shield, octagon, atc.) Apply photo filter individually on uploaded photos - imagemagic effects Delete/remove image from working area 6th User can add clipart from gallery. Gallery of clipart support categories (folders) Supported file format: svg, jpg, gif, png 7th Add own text layout with support of Google Fonts. Text layer will be above all smaller working areas (3rd choosed layout) but will be inside of main working area. Function with text edit: Move text with mouse (drag&drop) Change font (see font preview) Change font color Rotate 90° - skip rotate 90° to right or to left Free Rotate - soft rotate +1° or -1° Text align for text in more rows - left / right / center Delete/remove text from working area 8th User click on button "My case is finished". 9th system show popup window with preview of mobile case. User have two option: "Edit my design" or "Add top Cart" Special function when user uload image or choose image from Facebook/Instagram in low resolution. When dpi of uploaded image is under 150dpi show information, that "Uploaded image is not in good quality are you sure to continue?" Case design will be compilled from background and half transparent layer (with photo cut and shadows) above. Between background and half transparent layer will be working area. So user when place image/text it will be under half tramnpsarent layer. User can drag&drop image/text also above half transparent layer - so there will be probably necessary make imask of mage/text above all layers. Admin area as stand alone app. Login access with https. Add/edit/remove manufacturer and model list (1st and 2nd step) and deffine case material (4th step). We will need deffine price of case (with and without VAT). Make new case design - admin can select background image and half transparent image and deffine working area. We will give you image how it should looks and what function necessary. Add/edit/remove layout (3rd step). In layout can deffine is layout will fit to area or center vertically. Add/edit/remove Clipart category and upload Cliparts - svg, jpg, gif, png (6th step). Add/edit/remove Fonts for text layer. Add/edit/remove Photo Effect (5th step). Add/edit/remove Crop Shape (5th step). List of orders, where admin can open graphics made by user in designer and have oprion donwload compiled hight resolution image for printer.
