mobile online game - scraping a "map" into excel and read its data

Hello Coder, please note, that I will NOT give out the order because you made your bid fast. You, who are bidding fast, are usually NOT reading the content of this project which is embarising. Many times I have to ask whether the content was understood and in 80% from all bidders they give up, but having quoted!!! So, please READ before you quote. It is about the online game called "Mobile Strike". This game is being played on mobile phone or tablet, but NOT on a PC. Though you can use an emulator to play this game on a PC. This game is a war game and it is played on a map. That map is defined using coordinates. Since the mobile or tablet is of a small screen you can scroll through the map using your fingesrs. However, the map is rather big and it takes a while to scroll completely fron east to west or from south to north. I would like to have a software, that scans the whole map and puts it into Microsoft Excel for further calculation. It is important that the coordinates remain the same to be able to jump to a coordinate within the game after finding the wanted information shown in excel.
