My nonprofit currently has a website that is PHP/HTML5 based (not Wordpress-based). Over the years, I have made it responsive and with a hamburger for mobile. Everything works fine on IOS. But in Android -- because the mobile navigation is prompted by hover-action -- the mobile navigation breaks in Android. I believe that JQuery can fix this problem. My highest level of coding is HTML5/CSS and copying/pasting PHP. So I need a coder!
