Hi, We use Mindbody across 2 sites and have built up a large number of duplicate clients - basically we create them as a client when they first call up and book an appointment, and then eventually they sign up for our online services and they create themselves a second profile... we need to merge these into 1, keeping the online profile that the client created... We know how to do this, however we dont have the time to sit there doing it 1 by 1. Hoping there may be a quicker way you can do this or so? Are you able to provide a estimate time to merge these clients.... there may be say 1,000 profiles to merge. Secondly, Mindbody switched off the auto-text for booking confirmations - is there a way to run a script and turn these all on? Or alternatively, we need these back on for approx 2,000 clients.
