Memory Exceeded HTTP 500 Error

Hi,
Have built my site on Opencart with Fastor theme..there was a memory limit exceeded error in "system/library/[login to view URL]" - so I had increased the memory limit from 128MB to 1024 MB in the [login to view URL] file.. However, even after doing that, sometimes the following HTTP error log happens -

Please let me know
1) The Source of this Error - any faulty code/size or configuration constraints?
2) what's the solution to this error? and how can we be sure that the error won't repeat in future?

hello, php memory error can be set within the php imi file, but litespeed error u need to have root access to fix that discus me further. Arjun
Have you confirmed the php memory limit after increased it.(like checked in phpinfo) Also we can check the RAM memory if it is a dedicated/VPS hosting. Thanks,
