Hello there. I'm looking for someone who can dev a software with which I can read/write chip information for smart cards, access cards, id cards, credit cards, ect. The device model is MCR200 or the other one is LKE2600-IC. I want to be able to read and write the information from one chip card to another regardless of whatever type of card it is.
