Graphics, Color Code and Branding
The portal will include:
• Required graphics to supplement the content
• Color Code will be used in all respective areas
• Be created in alignment with the branding guidelines and code themes and palettes provided by Client.
• Graphic & Color code will be created by Consultant based input of Client
Database Both Admin Panel Application and the website platform will use MS-SQL as a database server. The database design for both the application and platform will be provided by Client.
Website Features Following are the list of elements :

Website should work on every operating system like Microsoft windows, Linux and Mac
• Website should work on all common web browsers- such as Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, Chrome, etc.
• Front end architecture of the website on DOT NET.
• Backend architecture of the website on MSSQL server.
• Admin panel for administering the website
• Include hyperlinks to other websites – as per decision of CLIENT.
• Compliant to W3C standards.
• Picture gallery features
• Meta tags for keyword and description should be added and kept empty. (SEO will be done later stages)
• Unique visitor counter should be on the website.
• Each page title should be unique (should be kept empty currently)
• Creating SEO friendly urls (dynamic URL should be converted to static urls)
• Scrolling profile highlighter in home page
• A feed page should be on the website.
• No proprietary plug-in or 3rd party software should be used without license.
• Lock copy website content.
• Agency should provide full administrator access along with basic tips on updating content, adding / editing photos, video gallery etc. And adding/editing news section.
• The website coding / architecture should be highly scalable.
• Automatic water mark on the members photos.
• Member registration (paid or free) as per the rules set by the site admin.
• Browse categories that are sorted by region, community, religion
• Basic search on homepage
• Advanced search with additional parameters
• Non-members can see results of listings but with limited info
• Members have unrestricted access to the complete profile
• Featured profile listings on homepage along with thumbnail images

• Manage Membership Information section will have

o Upgrade free account to paid
o Pay for optional items like featured and / or bold profile
• Self profile Management –
o Enables a registered user to post content about him/her.
o About the person who wishes to marry using the portal.
o The matrimony web site manager enables a registered user to provide information through use to neat and well-organized forms. The various sections of profiles include the following details about an individual.
• Administrative Section Application – This is the backbone of the entire platform. This module is a management application itself to support the entire RP web platform. The complete Admin application section will have different modules these are as follows:
o Lead Module
o Report Module
o Membership Module
o Add, Delete, Modify Module of all other modules
o Make Paid module
o Search Module
o Partner preference should be captured
o The admin module will have rights on all the user accounts of the website. The administrator should be able to control access privileges of other users as well.
