We need a good looking multiple choice quiz, containing mathematical questions. We have to be able to write questions using MathJax for the mathematical formulas. The quiz is to be displayed/embedded on a Squarespace website. After having completed the test, the user will see how many correct answers he/she got, plus some explanation how to reach the correct answers. We will write all the content, we just need the shell of the quiz. The displayed sample is created in Moodle, but we can't use Moodle since it needs the user to log in. Instead, we need a quiz that can be displayed and taken right away on our website.
