Develop a custom payment module for Magento, which our customers can checkout and make payment with. The full staging environment and API documentation will be provided for development. The module should work like a typical PayPal Magento payment module. Full source code has to be provided with documentation for the module and also technical details of how the module works.

Payment module should work like PayPal Express Checkout module. Payment transaction callback should be saved to the database. Our Magento site is running on a Marketplace environment and we need to ensure that payment transactions are visible by end-users and vendors.

Developer must be able to work with GMT+8 time-zone (Singapore)
