Looking a Senior PHP Developer - Full time Job

We're looking for a Senior PHP Developer to join our team of developers. The bulk of the work is backend PHP. The framework the current project runs on is Codeigniter but we also use: Laravel and CakePHP. Although we use CakePHP, you don't have to have previous experience with it, as the focus is on quality code. We offer a consistent workload for the right candidate, and an opportunity for improvement and progression. Our process includes Code Reviews, Pull Requests, Trello, QA and Unit Testing, but no Agile at the moment. It's currently a small team of 5 developers, all based in India so you get to solve interesting problems and influence the direction of the project. We're friendly and welcoming, and will be able to meetup with our new teammembers even if it involves are travelling to see you in Belgrade. We're looking for someone who is familiar with the following: - Any PHP MVC frawerork, with at least a few years of experience - Some frontend work, but not much - Understanding the MySQL queries behind the ORM - Understands and implements various Design Patterns and Best Practices - You understand Git/Mercurial, merging, branches and Pull Requests Work time is flexible, but we expect to have at least 4h of overlap per day, in which we work at the same time. Initially this might be more while we set you up. The work timeframe is between 7am and 7pm IST, for a minimum of 40 hours per week(tracked).
