Looking to integrate custom attribute, marketplace COD and shipping for vendors

1. Custom attribute is not showing in vendor products

2. Vendor can select payment method and if vendor select no COD, customer for that vendor product will show error of there's no COD, select another product or pay for that product.

3. Vendors can select Flat shipping charge
