Looking for a Low Price DHTML CSS3 Developer. You will need to have the most affordable rate firstly. Secondly. Need to speak English decently, and have strong bandwidth mbps because I do all my work entirely over phone and screensharing. Therefore this will not be a good job for a project manager person, whos goal it is to find American clients. I am rater seeking some from home developer with actual skills, who can be available by voice call as such.
