Looking for a Developer to design a simple App for both iOS/Android

Hi, we are looking to build a simple app which should be done for both Android and iOS as well.

I have the designs almost ready and its pretty.

App Opens

Shows up Sign up/Login screen

Users signs up or logs in

Lands to Dashboard page

Dashboard has few icons which when clicked opens in iframe my website login form where the customers can login and do stuff like see their account, usage, make payments, etc. Its all in just an invisible iframe, so nothing complex here

And then submit complaint has to be done natively. You may use any readymade ticket manager code from code canyon if you want and it has to be integrated with my SMS gateway API, so that every time a customer submits a complaint, he gets a SMS (DEAR CUSTOMER IDXXX, YOUR REQUEST HAS BEEN REGISTERED AND YOUR COMPLAINT NUMBER IS XXXXXX.) and this submit form should get sent to my support email with the logged in customer email address and description field data, so that it can get created in my zendesk too.

And this complaint manager should have a admin backend for my admin, who can see all those complaints. And the admin can assign those complaints to specific tech team member.

This admin backend, should have all of my tech team members added with name and number already. So, when the admin is watching a complaint coming, he can simply select any tech members from drop down, and it should auto populate the tech team name and number and once he hits submit, then the customer should get SMS again - "YOUR COMPLAINT #xxx HAS BEEN ASSIGNED TO MR.X AND HE IS REACHABLE ON 91XXXXXXXX. "

THEN IN then day end, when the admin closes the complaint, the customer should again get SMS - "YOUR COMPLAINT #xxx HAS BEEN MARKED AS SOLVED. IF YOU GOT QUESTIONS, KINDLY EMAIL TO XXXXXXXXX"
