Login, Upload video with PHP to another website

Budget is $20 before you read further. Do not bid if cannot do it in $20. Thanks Its a simple 30-50 minutes job for an experienced developer. Here is the scenario, I have a video named as [login to view URL] and I want to upload to a third party video sharing website, please check the points below, it has to be dome with PHP: 1. Login with username and password to VIDEO sharing website with curl. 2. Upload video file from my server (in the same folder where php file will be) [login to view URL] to [login to view URL] 3. Once uploaded video thrpugh PHP, it will return the SHARE (iframe embed) Embed code. PS: the php function should be written in way to support multiple uploads, as I will be uploading 5-10 videos at a time. Secondly, I will need that PHP code; a drunk freelancer after completing the job said he will not share the code. WOW..
