Linux / GIS Server Engineer with knowledge of PHP services

Quick project. Linux Server Engineer with PHP Knowledge to set up PostGIS/Mapnik/Tilestache server with custom php service to store and retrieve simple geographical data from it. Will involve storing and retrieving simple polygons as tile images AND utfgrid data with user data attached (colour, creator id, date, etc). 1. Set up PostGIS/Mapnik/Tilestache server with custom php service to store and retrieve simple geographical data from it. 2. Move existing database and server functions over to a new cloud solution. 3.
