Develop an iPhone App will be an all-encompassing messaging app for business that supports an API link to Plivo for both in-app voice calls and 2-way text messaging from/to a specific Plivo Phone number, but as well will support receiving and popup notification of website "Contact Us" Requests, Social Media messages(facebook, YouTube, Instagram, NextDoor(if possible), website 2-way chat(Assuming to use ZenDesk provided Lite account allows for this Integration to app) If not, open source Chat program added. Should allow for pulling contacts from Phone for Starting chat sessions. All messaging and chat history should be stored securely (can be stored on cloud service of some sort(Web Server), Google Drive, etc. and can be set to delete after 2 years) Should support multiple users logging into app at same time, so they can take shifts responding, and have redundancy if someone is not able to get a call. App will have minimal branding and design work, but will need to look VERY Professional. No Budget is set yet, because the range is so high between regions. I will hire based on: 1. Qualifications with All parts requested (Detail this please) 2. Experience Level with Plivo or Similar apps (Explanation and Examples) 3. Delivery Time of Completed App, ready to load on app store. (Give exact Milestones of time/delivery) 4. Price of Proposal (All included) Please present these 4 items in your COVER LETTER, for my quick consideration.
