I'm looking for someone to help create software for learning and development for our teams. I created a wire frame of what we need. Basically we would have the employee log ins. Manager log ins.. and admin log ins. The employees would log in and based on an algorithm that I have I want them to practice a certain role playing scenario. They upload a video then the manager gets an alert saying it's uploaded and then they need to score it and write down what needs to be worked on. Based on their scoring that will determine when the employee will practice the video again. I'd like the scoring of the videos to be viewed in the app and connected to google drive or download as CSV if possible.
