Integrate Smarty Streets in 3D cart checkout page

It's actually a simple project that would take someone who knows what they are doing about 30 minutes if not less. I integrated myself on my old platform but for some reason I can't figure out 3D cart and the new Smarty Streets to work. I can send you the checkout page in notepad format or you can just send me the script for Smarty Streets and tell me where to put it in. What ever works.
