Integrate products into current theme style

Hi, I recently purchased a module that grabs products to website. When importing the products are different than the current theme ones. The pics are smaller, the carousel of pics is gone and the pop up also. Could you make that plugin to post correctly? Also the category pages are different styles and show more bad than current theme. So this 2 things.
