We need a database to assist with the maintinance of an insect farm Fators to track are Bins Need to be able to create bin types Uniques ID for each bin with barcode Active Bin Flag Species - common name and Latin names - Life cycle length in days - Multistage life cycle (Y/N) - if yes how many and how long is each - photograph of each life stage broods - tracking of broods from birth to death -species - death counts - feeding schedules tracked by date and volume - population counts - harvest counts - Hatcher source ID - current bin ID Hatchers - Bins - species - Brood source - tracking of seed date and estimated hatch date - Population esitimates - populations actual (determined when the insects are transfered to a brood bin - form to split Mature hatchers into broods - Last fed date - total protien to date - total Produce to date Dashboard displaying - populations of each species by age in weeks - breeder population - Harvested today -harvested to Date - report displaying bins requiring feeding - hathchers To be proccessed - feed log entry (by bin) - Death log entry - Harvest log entry links to forms for brood. bin and hatchers creation and maintenance All work is logged via BIN id but i need the data linked to each brood. I need the ability to retire broods and hatchers. This is allow us to create work reports and track estimated population and feed use as well as track harvests We intecd to quickly need to integrate this into a customer database allowing us to track feed requirements and allow us to determine our daily harvest requirents I hope that is clear
