Hello, I have a question: the API integration you are currently using is part of your Glue-Up (such as extension or plugin) or it is an external application or script? If it is an independent/external script, then we could custom it as well based on the API docs as well. For example about the contacts, we could validate the existing by using their API so there wont be duplicate contacts, etc. This will work for another object also such as invoice.
