Improve Buddypress Speed

I am sick and tired of getting 43,000 auto-bids from people who didn't even read my ad. So if you are interested in this project, please contact me and give me a proper explanation of how you are qualified to help me and what you will do to fix my problem. All other bids and "hello I am ready to start", generic messages will be ignored. What I need: My buddypress activity feed runs very slow. I have done everything I can to speed it up. I have a good, reliable host. I installed and configured WP Fastest Cache premium version (however, I can't cache the activity feed because it's dynamic). I've uninstalled heaps of plugins -- even some I wish I had kept. But it's still pretty slow. I've done some research, and I know there's other things that can be done. But it's all too complicated. I need someone who KNOWS BUDDYPRESS and works with these issues all the time, so I want you to have a look at it and get my website running as fast as possible. I can't really promote it until the speed greatly improves. I am willing to pay US $100 only, and the website (and activity feed) must load under 3 seconds. If you suggest I buy software, I will do it. For example. I am using WordFence security. The upgraded version allows CDN. I can upgrade if you recommend it for a CDN. I also paid someone $100 who did absolutely nothing except install a free version of WP Fastest Cache. So far I have spent hundreds of dollars on this and nothing is faster. I know someone who knows what they're doing can fix it in an hour or two.
