Hubspot Expert and Frontend Dev with sales process knowledge

This is a full time ongoing role. Our team is based globally so you may need to work odd hours from time to time depending on where you are based. We use Hubspot (all tools and features) and need someone who can help develop our system better. We have it running ok, but it needs to be great. Then you will need to improve things weekly bit by bit. You will have a great history with Hubspot (sales, marketing, service, CMS etc) Solid understanding of CSS / HTML / Javascript SEO principles web design and page layout error reporting and bug fixing System testing and implementation of new processes in sandbox and live environments. We use many outside SAAS products like telephony, facebook business, chat bots, proposal software etc, so full understanding of integrations, custom fields/objects and custom API integrations etc a must. Example First project will be to implement a new phone system into hubspot, most likely will be twilio, with full reporting, sms features, call recording, native dialing, VM drop, Bulk SMS, call whispering, number and line transfer and much more. You must be able to implement to industry standards best practice of the suite of Hubspot products from ticketing setup and scoring rules, to marketing emails and sales workflows and everything inbetween. You must understand the sales process, and sales psychology of high valued products in the B2C market, understanding of Western consumer behavior. Job Description: We are looking for a Front-End Web Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You will work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works. Responsibilities: - Develop new user-facing features - Build reusable code and libraries for future use - Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs - Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability - Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end - Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders Skills And Qualifications: - Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3 - Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS - Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery - Proficient knowledge of JavaScript - Good understanding of knowledge of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as AngularJS, KnockoutJS, BackboneJS, ReactJS, DurandalJS etc. - Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX - Knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such as Gimp or Photoshop is a plus. - Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them. - Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as {{Git / Mercurial / SVN}} - Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application/website/build will adhere to them.
