High Calibre CSS and jQuery specialist needed, PHP skills ideal for numerous bug fixes

Hi,
I have a number of websites with various little issues which needs resolving. So I am looking for someone with excellent CSS and jQuery skills, who can work with javascript (PHP skills also beneficial) to help diagnose and resovle the 'bugs' in these websites.
The sites in question are primarily css/html based and static. Code is clean, organised and commented for easy reading. We will discuss the various issues and tackle them in the order and in groups of task as decided between us once a firm understanding of the issue has been gained.
Example issues include;
- jQuery accordions have stopped loading in their closed state, and now default to open
- fixed position div jumps immediately on-scroll
- One 'tab-content' DIV (out of 4) does not render or appears hidden
- $keytoremove ID, javascript:void(0) on-click hyperlink does not function
The websites are responsive so knowledge or media queries is essential and experience working with multiple media queries of CSS for the same content is also of vital importance.
The successful Freelancer must be willing to communicate via email and also verbally using the popular Microsoft owned VoIP service (which features a blue 'cloud' logo). You must have excellent english skills & a firm level of understanding of the language. Must also be incredibly responsive to communications (same day/within 24 hr replies - to ensure communication is fluid and not a problem).
Must be able to meet deadlines which we agree together for completing tasks.
I am looking for you to showcase your organisational skills in terms of neat and tidy, well managed, presentable code. If you are not a well-organised, clean-coding worker, please do not apply.
Must have a thorough and high calibire / expert knowledge of CSS, CSS3, jQuery & Javascript. PHP knowledge very beneficial - so please let me know your skill level in each of those areas.
Optional WordPress skills would be a benefit for additional work but are not essential for the above.
Finally, works are of a sensitive nature. You will not be permitted to feature the websites you work on in your portfolio and a high level of professionalism is required in this regard.
