helpdesk email piping issue

we are trying two different helpdesk script (to choose one) HESK - [login to view URL] related Kb [login to view URL] HelpDeskZ - [login to view URL] related Kb [login to view URL] all two scripts work fine, except Email piping function we need a coder able to fix and explain the actual problems of email piping please do not bid if you're not skilled into this issue (or related one), because our "first levele support" wasn't able to solve this we will give full installation /cpanel access to make any sort of tests this is a very task for an experienced webmaster, of course if the fixing will be done quickly we'll evaluate to release a Bonus after the job done
