Help me make this fun and helpful desktop assistant!

Hello everyone, I'm Georgi, a university student based in the UK. I have an idea of a fun and interesting project and I need your help to achieve it. The concept was inspired by the old Microsoft desktop buddies such as Bonzy Buddy. There doesn't seem to be any software that works as a virtual assistant and is uniquely animated, so I believe this project could bring back that trend with its unique characters and animations! The assistant can email, schedule, browse the internet, help you get rid of bad habits, shows you the weather and much more! What I have done so far is, create the icons, the character and currently working on animating it in after effects. I need someone knowledgeable to make the assistant into an actual working program and include the animations in it. This would be open-source, possibly on both mac or windows, I'm just not sure how to turn it in into a software. Let's be partners and try to create something interesting together, I hope you are interested in this as much as I am! I hope you understand, I'm looking for a partner rather than a quick job.
