Google Translater API with TDN on mirrored sub-domains

For now i just want a JOOMLA 3 compatible extension and a HTML widget compatible with HTML based sites! My domain is [login to view URL] and translated versions [login to view URL] etc. - I am currently using [login to view URL], but they have limited me to 0 languages due to too many Google APP ENGINE API requests. I need the following features plus i want you to set it up on my own Google Cloud Platform: 1. Automatic translations between 103 languages, including META TAGS and Indexabale by SEARCH ENGINES translations 2. Use proxy sub-domains option to show different languages (User just need to change his DNS records to add sub-domains or domains dedicated to his languages to our Translation Delivery Network. So when someone visits the new added sub-domain it will show the translated clone of my website. After that i can just configure and place the GTranslate Free widget on my site to enable language selection.) 4. Flags combined in one file to load faster 5.
