Godaddy VPS Linux server loss of access intermittenly

My VPS is having this issue where intermittently I am unable to access it via ftp, ssh and sometimes web.
I think this started happening almost 3 weeks ago after a server update.
To fix the issue, I would reboot the server and all would be well again.
