Functional Analyst in SugarCRM (+Liferay)

We are an education non-profit foundation. Our app business core is build upon SugarCRM (used as our main database) and Liferay (used as a front end for many uses cases, like forms, surveys, etc). We would like a Functional Analyst able to help dealing with more complex functional features, and also learn and document the internal usage of the applications. Both applications have some customizations, and we would need an extra hand for some complex problems and resolutions, mainly in SugarCRM given the previous provider we had, closed, and we are now looking for a new collaborator. This person needs proven working experience in SugarCRM (we are using version 7) with PHP and MySQL. Also, able to create workflows and problem-solution oriented. This is a continuous project in which we will probably make a deal for a fixed amount of hours per month (10-20). Thanks for reading :)
