Forklift Spare Parts Inventory control with exportable database

We are looking for a simple desktop spare parts software for our forklift parts division, purchase, issuing, stock levels, prices, returns, etc should all be maintained. Also we need to have an input on which location it is to be stored. We would also like to export the data to out accounting software which is throuch excel. We need this for year end stock valuation and true value of stock. We need to input, part number and when we do so an automatic part number should be generated which is customised to my company. If we enter for example part 342338429 a part number for our company should come up as BUSS342338429. So part number, part name, NEW PART NAME, machine make, machine model, machine year, quantity, value, location, date, issue date, issued to, DO reference, other, other, other. Its basically for my parts department to cleanly and with no complications to maintain the parts inventory.
