Fixing a javascript issue in a chat PHP script

We have a boomchat chatting script on one of our website. On the mobile version, when we click on chat tab to open a chat session, it displays the keyboard but the chat windows is only displayed half a second and then disapears (see the mobile screen recording in the inclosed video). We need to fix this issue.
