Hi, Have a Vision Helpdesk installation which is giving me a bit of grief, so I'm going to ask somebody else to deal with it for me :) Basically it's retrieving emails from the POP3 mailbox, but until the sender verifies their email the system will not accept a ticket from them and gives a client verification issue in the parser log. Happy to provide details, etc for somebody to deal with this for me :) Cheers, Craig
