Fix memory leak bug in WordPress Running PHP 7

You need to have experience with debugging and finding memory leaks and know WordPress like the back on your hand. Budget is 50 usd, not 51,52,53 or 55...just 50 I been struggling with a memory issue with my WordPress installation for some time now that is driving me nuts, something is eating the memory slowly until it crashes the website. This is what i have done so far: 1: Increased PHP memory limit to 12 gig, so its not really a lack of memory 2: In the WP-Config file i have put this : define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT','4096M'); define('WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT','4096M' ); 3: In the default-constants file i have adjusted and also increase memory limits to 4096M. Not sure if this is the place to do this, this file needs to be checked 100% so ensure that memory settings are not messed up. I have only increased limits, NO lines of code has been added. The error message that i get is attached, including wp-config and default-constants file: Solution is obviously not to increase memory limit in [login to view URL], so dont go that route as its just a dead end. There might be other files that might need adjusting, but i would need a explanation as to why. Just changing things nilly willy is not good. I am running a Windows Server 2012 R2, with 32gig of ram and quadcore CPU + SSD Drive. Running WAMP stack with : 1: Apache: 2.4.23 2: PHP 7.0.10 3: MySQL: 5.7.14 There seems to be a bug in php7, found some references here: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] In this last url, a guy "Prem Kumar Maurya" check his post out...not sure if that is the solution. And before you ask, changing to Linux or ISS is not what this project is about. So dont give me those suggestions, i just need this bug/memory issue fixed. Creating the error is not simple, it normal comes after adding 4-5 new post and site been online for a 24h at least. So something is slowly eating memory until there is no more left of those 12 gig allocated. You will get WP- Admin access and full ftp access to www files and also the apache/php folders etc.
