I have 2 problems to solve to my customer's Opencart ecommerce.

The checkout for a buyer outside of Italy must have the following procedures:
A. If the customer purchases as PRIVATE, the cost of VAT must be applied normally.
B. if the customer purchases as COMPANY the cost of VAT (22%) must be eliminated.

When a user fills in the checkout as a guest, the data must be stored by Opencart and generate an automatic subscription with an automatically generated access password.
Currently Opencart does not capture the data of users who purchase as guests and does not send an automatic login password.
