Few Minor Joomla Tasks

Hello, I have installed Joomla template called TZ Liona on my server. The template uses component TZ Portfolio, which is used to display photos. It is photography based website, which uses carousel to display images, like this: [login to view URL] Requirements: 1) I need to add like / dislike buttons under every image 2) Create "Upload" menu item which will allow visitors to add their photos, but hide other Editor tabs such "Metadata", "Languages" , etc - just leave possibility to upload image. I know budget is small, but for someone experienced this will not be a problem, so please don't bid outside the budget.
